Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Interior Carpenter who takes pride in precision, clean work, and high-end finishes. This role focuses on interior carpentry and finish work within custom homes, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to execute refined architectural elements to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities
Install high-end interior finishes, including:
Doors, hardware, and trim packages
Base, casing, crown, and specialty moldings
Custom cabinetry, built-ins, shelving, and feature walls
Stair components, railings, and interior architectural details
Perform layout and scribing for tight tolerances and premium finishes
Read and interpret construction drawings, elevations, and detail sections
Work closely with project supervisors and designers to execute intent
Maintain clean, organized, and client-ready jobsites at all times
Protect finished surfaces and completed work
Identify quality issues and resolve them proactively
Qualifications
4+ years of interior/finish carpentry experience (high-end residential preferred)
Strong understanding of trim profiles, joinery, and finish techniques
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Exceptional attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Experience working in finished or occupied homes a plus
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical jobsite tasks
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
Advanced finish carpentry or millwork experience
Cabinet installation and scribing experience
Staircase and railing installation
Ability to mentor junior carpenters or apprentices
Experience working directly from architectural details
